this past weekend we spent saturday afternoon in sunny santa monica, where we were treated to the cirque du soleil show kooza, courtesy of roy's company.

the cirque du soleil tentskooza, like most of the cirque's shows, featured various acrobatic feats, but also heavily featured clowns, which are a throwback to old-fashion circus roots.
before the show and during the intermission, we got to eat free hors d'eourves in the tapis rouge, the VIP tent.
photography wasn't allowed during the show, so i didn't take any pictures myself, but apparently that didn't stop a bunch of other internet strangers, whose pictures i have borrowed below.
